PAYMENT – iT to increase its service offerings to Bayern Card Services

After finishing the migration of Bayern Sparkasse and DKB to the processing platform of FDI, PAYMENT-iT, a provider of payment systems, software development and processing services, is to increase its service offerings to Bayern Card Services (BCS).  For that purpose PAYMENT-iT has developed a new product “Administration of Exemption Orders for Capital Gains – WT2” to offer the customers of BCS a stand-alone module, mainly oriented towards credit card companies, to provide balance information and to enable interest calculations. Besides administration of personal data and processing of tax relevant information, the product includes creation of annual tax information for card users as well as compilation requests for necessary data for submission to Financial Authorities (annual tax returns, tax status applications, statements of interest calculation and tax information regulations) through standardized interfaces.

For the use of product-related services like Ticket Service, Amusement Parks and 24-hour emergency services by card customers, it is necessary to compile the daily transfer of new transactions, customer data modifications as well as monthly updates credit card validity for submission to the service provider. That is being done by another product from PAYMENT-iT “Multiway Service - OI2”. With help of the software module OI2 all information that is relevant for the additional services is being gathered, administered, updated and periodically transferred to a specific service provider.
